1. МЕТОДЫ ОТБОРА ОБРАЗЦОВ

3. ПРОВЕДЕНИЕ ИСПЫТАНИЯ

    =  3.1. Подготовка установки к испытаниям

    =  

    =  3.1.1. На установк = 91; при отсоединенl= 5;ых электродах подается сетевое напряжение 220 В. Включаетс= 103; контакт &nb= sp;и с помощью автотрансфl= 6;рматора &nb= sp;в разомкнутоl= 1; вторичной цепи устанавливk= 2;ется напряжение 12500 В. Сопротивлеl= 5;ие резистора &nb= sp;при этом должно соответствl= 6;вать току дуги, равному 10 мА. По вольтметру &nb= sp;определяет&#= 1089;я величина первичного напряжения, соответствm= 1;ющая указанному вторичному, после чего установка отключаетсn= 3; и контакт &nb= sp;размыкаетс&#= 1103;.

    =  3.1.2. Электроды 1= 091;станавлива&= #1102;тся на специальнуn= 2; керамическm= 1;ю подставку и включаются = 74; цепь. На уста&#= 1085;овку подается сетевое напряжение = 80; замыкается контакт . &= #1057; помощью резистора &nb= sp;устанавлив&#= 1072;ется ток дуги, равный 10 мА, который контролируk= 7;тся миллиамперl= 4;етром . При этом l= 9; помощью автотрансфl= 6;рматора &nb= sp;поддержива&#= 1077;тся постоянная величина пе = 88;вичного напряжения, определеннk= 2;я согласно п.3.1.1.

    =  3.2. Проведение испытаний

    =  3.2.1. Вместо керамическl= 6;й подставки горизонталn= 0;но устанавливk= 2;ется испытуемый = 86;бразец материала плоской, подготовлеl= 5;ной по п.1.5 настоящего стандарта, поверхностn= 0;ю к электрода = 84;. 4. ОБРАБОТКА РЕЗУЛЬТАТОh= 2;

    =  4.1. За окончательl= 5;ый результат определениn= 3; стойкости материала к действию эл = 77;ктрической дуги малого тока высокого на = 87;ряжения принимают два значени = 03;: среднее арифметичеl= 9;кое из десяти результатоk= 4; испытания и минимальноk= 7; значение.

    =  Если минимальноk= 7; значение отличается от среднего арифметичеl= 9;кого более чем на 20= %, то проводится дополнителn= 0;но 10 испытаний. В этом случае за окончательl= 5;ый результат принимают среднее арифметичеl= 9;кое и минимальн = 86;е значения из 20 определениl= 1;.
